Hello ladies, I hope all of you are doing well. I haven't been posting in awhile because I've been dealing with really bad headaches for the last 2 weeks. I am still on the Phen taking 1/2 a day. I don't think I can take them anymore because of the headaches. I was getting little headaches when I started the Phen, and Now the headaches have gotten soooooo bad that I can't do anything but lay down and try to rest.
I feel bad for my kids because I am very very moody when I have these headaches. I am having them everyday like clock work. Also when I get these headaches, I get sooo tired I don't want to go to the gym or do anything but sleep this headache away. Plus I don't feel like I am losing any weight and the phen is not suppressing my appetite at all. Maybe the Phen isn't for me. Can anyone tell me what other diet pills I can ask my dr about taking that doesn't give headaches and make you tired? I know I have to take a low mg because my body is very sensitive. Sorry to hear this girl. But it will be better cuz a headache (and everyday) is not good. Hope you get better girl.
As far as diet supplements, I think phen and its relatives (adipex) is the best. Have you thought about phendiatrmine(sp)? The tabs are smalles dosage. Check out the forum here at phen.com on phendiamatrine(sp). If not, you seem to be almost at goal. How about getting on a challenge or a diet such at atkins, ww, or something like that. And as always, you know you can get support here. Good luck, and I'm hoping those horrid headaches go away girl. Missus

I get headaches too! I got them when I first started taking phen, then after a week it went away. Now I am getting them again. I was wondering if it is because of lack of good sleep, or not eating enough or something.
