I HATE WATER

I dont think I can drink anymore water... its yucky tasting now.... (yes i know... water doesnt really have a taste, but now it does)

what about fruite flavor water I seen some advertise on TV alot maybe go to your local grocery store and look around your bound to find something that suits your taste.

I picked up some vitamin water. Mmmm that stuff is good tasting, and its a nice change from the normally everyday H20

I have a really hard getting down the water also.I like it, but not to the point I can drink a gallon a day. I have been forcing alot down though by drinking it thru a straw.That really helps me to get it down faster.Give that a try - it might help you too. Good luck- This has been my weekness. Tonia

Hi,

Well someone beat me to it but I will also say that adding some fresh lime and lemon makes the water very good. Also, lemon is a natural diuretic (from what I have heard)...

I love it!

i'll def. try the lemon thing tomorrow
I just was sitting there at work today, w/ my water bottle, just about gagging at the taste of water.... hehe

i'll bring a lemon to work tomorrow and see if that helps!

I agree with you renee!! I absolutely HATE drinking water with a PASSION!! But since I started taking phen it seems to have changed my mind in that it seems to be craving water lately!! I still hate it, don't get me wrong, but to lose it you gotta drink it!!!

There is also canadian clear water too that comes in lots of flavors and its pretty good!!

Water is good stuff! Herbal iced teas are good.
I feel sick if I don't get lots of water. Dawnunder is right. Cold is best, colder is better.

Hey there ladies- thought I'd share.
I like room temperature water- cold stuff hurts my teeth (thanks to my mom on that one) and I dunno, I just don't like it ice cold.
Try sugar free lemonade or sugar free kool aid (I LOVE IT).

In essence, anything liquid counts as water (coffee, tea, diet pop) but there has to be some limit. Try drinking like two bottles and then reward yourself with whatever you want (limit to like 3 caffinated beveragesor so). Good luck

Hey Renee!

Try putting in some crystal light...there was a prior posting about water...I will try to find for you. It had a bunch of different tips...there was even something about that if you drink really, really cold water...your body actually burns calories because it has to warm it up...it does not leave your body ice cold....
