    Hey Ya'll!!

I've lost 10lbs since Monday which is AWESOME, don't get me wrong. I've really upped my working out and watched my eating. (except yesterday...I had one scoop of ice cream) I figured when I got on the scale today that it would be nothing because of the icecream, but I'm still down another 5lbs.

I have a lot of weight to lose and I'm thinking that might be part of it, but should I worry that I'm losing muscle becaue I'm losing it so fast? I don't want ot regain.

    Thanks Ya'll!

dang I wish I had your problem! Seriously though-alot of it is probably water wieght-so done worry-as long as you are eating enough, and not starving yourself, and not working out to a major over extent, I think you will be ok-just dont get use to it, because it will slow dan, and sometimes it is a bummer when that happens because we want the weight to keep falling off. You are doing awsome, keep up the good work!

Is there really such as thing as losing weight too fast?

    LOL! Just kidding.

I have the same "problem." I can lose 5 pounds in one day. On the other hand, I can also gain 5 pounds in a day. Go figure?

    cheers...

Well everyone said the first 20lbs would be easy. I wouldn't exactly say it was EASY, it just required me to be dedicated to going to workout, drinking my water, and watching my food...the same as I'm doing now. I fell off the bandwagon for a while and decided to jump back on and the weight seems to be falling off. I am working my butt off in the gym and watching what I eat, but I just figured it was a too good to be true thing. LOSING WEIGHT IS SO MOTIVATIONAL TO LOSE MORE!! I know I have a long way to go and I'm thinking that is the reason it's coming off like that.

Great job on the weight loss Beautyonlyontheinside (BOOTI?)!

I have lost approx. 17 pounds during the first two weeks on phen. My doc told me that men tend to lose faster than women when taking phen. I haven't really started exercising frequently as of yet. I do get some exercise during soccer practice (I coach my daughter's team). But it is nothing that is sustained. I am pretty sure that I will start to stall if I do not get on an exercise regime. Time to break out the Tae Bo DVD again!

That much weight in a week or so is DEFINITELY water. Just focus on your exercise and eating right, and you will be fine
Weightloss success depends on changing eating habits (most regain the weight if we return to our previous lifestyle). Eat like the food pyramid. Lots of dark/colorful veggies & fruits; lean proteins (chicken, skim milk, fish); modest amounts of seeds/nuts & whole grains; start walking and do some resistance exercises to build muscle. Good luck!
