Missus, I have my goal listed on my profile page. I'd like to get down around 195 before my next cruise in late Jan. 06. That will leave me room to bring some buffet weight back home with me.

Hi Ladies! Florida was nice...a bit too hot for me...My little sister's wedding was very nice, I had tons of fun and danced my butt off..I danced with all the single ladies..lol...and I have plenty of energy to go around..
