No, not really. But, I've found a supplement called Natural Calm.

The kind I have is rasberry-lemon flavor. So it has magnesium citrate, stevia and the flavors.
It has no carbs, yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy, wheat, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial color or flavor. It reminds me of alka-seltzer, but not as bad.

Thanks girl....I may have to try this stuff. Where can I get it? I've heard many good things about magnesium in my nutrition class...it is very beneficial for the cardivascular system.

I purchased mine at a local health food store in the mall. Pilgrims. I called GNC, but they didn't have it. Not in the mall store anyway. You can also order on-line at natural calm dot net. Hope this works for ya. Good luck.

This sounds better than 5-HTP. How long does one bottle last? How often do you take it?

I believe it's an 8 oz bottle, which doesn't sound like much, but it's so fluffy. You take 1-3 teaspoons per day. It last 4-6 weeks if you take it everyday.
