I started Phen about 4 days ago and ever since I started taking the whole pill I noticed I am very short tempered and I have this serious face that scares people. I hope it goes away soon because I am usually a very nice person.
One good "side-effect" is increased energy...I took my poor pooch for a walk yeterday and what is usually a 15-20 min. walk turned into a 1 1/2 hr walk...my poor pooch was so tired he just knocked out when we got home...and I felt great!

Yes, this is normal and should subside after a week or so. Notice I said subside, it will not go completely away. I've learned when I'm having a phen moment and can usually talk myself out of it now.

A lot of people recommend taking 5-HTP along with Phentermine to reduce the moodiness. I've never done it, but supposedly it works

I heard that the mood swing goes away when your body gets used to phen, I am hoping this is the case..if not I may have to go get a job in wrestling..

Yes, the phen rage...good luck...i still got mine and i have been on the stuff for 3+ months...ofcourse, it is only a subtle change from my normal demeanor...AAAAA-HAHAHA!

there you go....well I am using my rage to get in shape...my poor pooch was out of breath yesterday, I took him out for his 20 minute walk and we came back an hour and a half later..lol...I felt so energized..

I had the short temper, along with the getting really down and in the slump and very emotional. I walked around with a box of kleenex for a few day in the begining. I sitting here remember one night I was watching American Idol, and cried and cried and cried some more when someone got voted off. Funny think is I wanted the person voted off, so what the heck was I crying for. Oh the stories I could tell.

For me it started around the 2nd week on phen and stopped a week or so later. Unless you count when TOM is around, but no that NORMAL. LOL. Oh wait probably to much information!

I'd go with the punchig bag, that is such a stress reliever, PHEN Or NO PHEN!!!

Ya know... I took phen for the first time back in April... I took it for 14 days, and I ended up stopping it, because my moods were just awful. VERY short tempered over stupid things... And now I'm finding out that it gets better after 2 weeks??? AWWWWW!!! For about 3 months I have been trying to do it on my own (without phen), and have failed... I will lose 2 pounds and then gain 3 back on the weekends... I bet I would be at my goal weight by now if I hadn't discontinued it!!!

I still have some phen in my cabinet, and am starting up again... Hopefully I can lose these last few pesty pounds with it!!

you know now that you mention it....every time I watch a movie and there is a part that is either sad or happy my eyes get watery..Damn! that is not good for a guy...I always have to fake to be yawning...is the damn Phen...what's next? I cry after.....lol
