Thread: Start Weight, Current Weight, Goal Weight

    I'm just wondering if everyone could let me know what the following:

    - Start Weight
    - Current Weight
    - Goal Weight
    - Height
    - Amount of Exercise

    I'm new and am just trying to see what to expect from Phentermine for someone around my same stats.

    SW: 160 (just took my first pill today)
    CW: 160
    GW: 125

    5'4 Tall

    Also, how much are you exercising?

    Hi! Good luck - - I LOVE Phentermine -
    - Start Weight - 217 (6/24/04)
    - Current Weight - 170 (01/10/04)
    - Goal Weight - 135
    - Height - 5'7"
    - Amount of Exercise - started with just walking 1 mile a day, but now I do 20 minutes of Pilates as soon as I get up, walk 2 miles on my lunch break, then run 2 miles after I get home from work. I have so much energy, it's a shame I don't have kids, etc. to keep up with!

    I haven't done much exercising b/c school starts this week and that's when the gym opens. I do some ab reps, and about 10 push-ups. And I've cleaned a lot. Other than that, I'm excited to see how the regular visits to the gym will help. Good luck!

    took a month break (holidays)
    CW 201 (started back on phen today)
    GW 170 (or close to it that I can maintain)

    Exercise - I walk/run about 45 mins on the treadmill every night!

    Everyone else is right - the amount of energy you have it amazing; use it to work with you!

    SW- 8/10/04 210 LBS -STARTED PHEN/NEW WAYS

    CW-(AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS "OFF") 177 LBS..AS OF LAST WEIGH IN, LAST FRIDAY .. I "WAS" AT 170 BACK IN NOVEMBER... I'LL GET THERE AGAIN

    GW- 128 LBS

    MY HEIGHT: 5 LITTLE MEASILY FEET TALL...

    STARTING PANTS SIZE- 18 OR 20 I'M GUESSING, I NEVER BOUGHT NUMBER SIZES.. JUST S/M/L.. AND I ALWAYS HAVE TO GO WITH MEDIUM BECAUSE I'M SHORT.

    CURRENT PANTS SIZE- 14/16 DEPENDS ON THE PANTS.. AND I CARRY ALOT OF WEIGHT AROUND MY MIDSECTION SO IT WILL TAKE A LITTLE WHILE BEFORE I MOVE DOWN I THINK.

    GOAL PANTS SIZE- SIZE 8 SMALLER WOULD ALWAYS BE NICE, BUT 8 I'LL BE HAPPY.

    I TAKE PHEN ON/OFF... DEPENDS ON IF I CAN AFFORD IT THAT MONTH.. SAD TO SAY...

    Thanks everyone for the great feedback.

    Today is my second day. I still haven't experienced the loss of my appetite, however around 9:00 PM last night I started to experience my "burst" of energy. I vacummed and actually shampooed the mainfloor in my house! I was able to fall to sleep with no problem and had one of the best night's sleep in weeks.

    Now my only worry is that I'm not taking a pill that will affect me correctly or enough. I bought it online and it's a white pill with blue flecks and no stamp. I think I may try and return them and go with the EON yellow pill as recommended by someone else.

    BTW, I'm 29 years old, and turn 30 in 4 months. I REALLY would like to hit my goal weight by then.

    MIKI161, You look great. I have to be honest you are probably the most drastic transformation and you pictures alone really inspire me! WAY TO GO!

    Exercise - I try to exercise at least 3 times a week and I usually do it anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I mix it up between workout videos and my treadmill.
