Those in the Get er done challenge can tell you that I have been whining about not losing any poundage in over a week despite being pretty faithful to the 1200ish calories a day. I knew I must be gaining muscle because I felt thinner even tho the scale did not agree....but until this morning, I was still feeling diappointed about it.
When I woke up today my waist felt soooo skinny....so I tried on them slim size 8s that I have been itchin to get into.
And they fit ! WOOHOO and they even fit well.
I just went from a size 10 to a size 8 without losing an ounce LOL.
I am So excited
