Hi-
Just wanted to share, this picture was taken of me today wearing Express capri pants that I have not been able to wear for a LLLLLLLLOOOOOOONNNNG time! They are size 9/10!! WOOOOOHOOOO! I have had them in my closet for over 2 and a half years I would say.... just tried them on today and they fit so, I made hubby capture the moment!!LOL He thinks I am obsessed with the phen,the forums etc...maybe I am getting phen OCD is that a side effect?!?  The 2nd pic is of hubby and our newest member of the family, our new German Shepherd pup. We don't have a name for her yet...... any good ideas? Thanks for all your motivation,helpful ideas,and support the last month and a half. It is so appreciated!  V- |

Truluvin-you are at 139 girl that is a dream for me!I totally agree! Puff is so much cuter!! Hubby has wanted what he calls a "real dog" for so long now. So, for fathers day I surprised him with a card from the breeder that said "come pick out your GS on this day...blah blah blah" he has been so excited. We actually could not take her home today, we bring her home around the 20th. So, poor Puff has no idea yet. Quacker- thanks for the kind words, I actually have not stepped a foot into express for over a year, the last time I went it was just too depressing so I am so excited about that. I am a clothes/shoes/handbags/jewlery hound!! BUT only when I feel good about how I look. Its weird, when I don't feel good about my weight, I really don't buy anything. Lets just say my debit card is on fire lately.... Nursie- I have never told you about this before but you remind me of a friend of mine, I used to work with kind of indirectly....Her name is Deb,you totally resemble each other even the way you are standing in your pic.She has been a nurse for over 12 years, she just stopped to become a massage therapist. She is so sweet, she has gotten me into all sorts of weird cool stuff like Ear candling,reiki,massage,essential oils,burning sage to clear the energy....I am now totally like that which brings me too.. Dancing Star-- thanks for the compliments on the other pics too....we just moved into this place in Aug, I had kind of a blessing done on house/marriage/family in our new place....and we had a huge party afterwards ....kind of looks like wedding pics though. yes I will confess I am one of those kooky people that believes in all of the good energy kind of jibberish..... Puff hasn't met the new pup yet (see above) he only has a week or so left of being the king then he will have a queen to contend with. BTW -- I like your little pup too! My friend has a tiny little dog like that, he has a studded collar and his name is Vito! LOL so funny. |

such a cute pic! Oh, and the dog is cute too! LOL!  No, seriously, you look fantastic. Congrats on the 9/10's!! I had some jeans that I hadn't worn since before our honeymoon that I'm sportin' now. Actually they're getting too big on me, so looks like I'll have to go shopping. Darn it! Don't you love trying on stuff that you KNOW did not fit you before, and now you're just sliding right into it? Congrats girl, you're looking great! And I know your husband will be happy with his "real" dog. Hey, I've got a name for the new doggy---how about "Stuff". That way you've got "Puff n Stuff!" hee-hee!

I know what you mean, the other day I was in a fitting room and had a moment of -do I really like these or do I really like the fact that they fit and they are two sizes smaller then what I was wearing before- I really didn't like them. I have so many options now. I would go shopping before and find one thing ususally black pants(I have a ton of them) you know ~black concels white reveals....so....now its nice to start wearing some other colors on the bottom! I love the Puff & Stuff ~ very cute, but I was told that "this dog needs a tough name" lol. I wanted to buy a pink and green plaid collar for it and he said come on V what are you trying to do to me!! I am already walking around a 5 lb dog that wears shirts! lol Anyway choco, you are so transformed, you don't even look anything like your before pic.....you look like a teenager in this pic with your dog. We were pretty much around the same start weight so looking at you is big motivation for me...you are right around where I want to be now! |
