I have been on Phen for a week now and have only lost one pound! I'm taking 1/2 of a 37.5 dose twice a day. I've been following the Weight Watchers program religiously and have worked out 4 times this week. I did 1/2 hour cardio two days and 1/2 hour strenght training the other two days.

I don't know why I'm not losing. The pill has definitely suppressed my appetite and has helped me stay on the Weight Watchers plan. I've eaten all of my daily points and some of my extra points so I know I'm not undereating.

Does anyone know why I'm not losing? I got my prescription through my doctor so I know it's legit. I'm 5'11" and 203lbs. Has this happened to anyone else before?

Don't panic. You are losing. A pound in 1 week is a good accmplishment. Please don't make the mistake of comparing yourself to the others here who are losing bigger numbers. Every body is different. You may not have as much watr weight or body fat to lose as others.

You are doing all the right things and, in time, you will see the results you want. Just don't give up because, if you do, nothing will change.

Trust me it will work. Wait a few days and you will drop some weight.

You know, I'm a slow loser too. There are a lot of people on this site that can lose 20-30 pounds in a month or 2...it's taken me 4 months to lose 30. Everyone is different. Just hang in there. It will come!

See my avatar? Ew! That's why I'm back!
