What's the difference between the two? I am scared of the colon cleanse b/c I abused laxitives in high school (8-10 a day) and ended up in hospital. Sounds like colon cleanse is a "one time" program that can't really be abused. Is this the case?

From what I have read online yes it can be a one time thing and mostly I have read that it is only done once a year. Laxitives you would use for a rare occasion that you were "pluged up". I have been reading a lot on here lately about this colon cleanse and have been considering it. BUT, I am not too excited about the cleanse itself, if ya know what I mean. I have read online some places say you can do a colon cleanse for 10 days at a time and then for 3 times in a 60 day period for max results. Who would want to go through that three times in a row?? Not me. Anyway, hope this helps you some....
blessings,
Jenna

I'm a little leary too. Sounds like a terrible time commitment. I wouldn't want to go anywhere during those days. I can see me now running through WalMart knocking old ladies down to get to the bathroom!
