This is kind of a goofy question, but do you think there is a certain amount of weight that you have to lose before people start noticing? I'm only asking because all this week I have had a whole bunch of people comment on how much weight I have lost. It just seems kind of out of the blue.

I think it just depends on what size you are starting at. people usually notice on me at about 15 pounds but I've heard 30 pounds a lot for heavier people. I think that is when I could really notice on my mom.

It also depends on how often people see ya...
If they see you everyday, probably not going to notice because it's SOOOOO gradual to them.. But if people haven't seen you in a while then that 10lbs will seem like a lot to them...
Start weight, 162... current weight, 148. GOAL WEIGHT, 130... I'LL SETTLE FOR 135
