OK!! I am here to admit that I have fallen off on the wagon, but am ready to get back on. I am an Assistant Principal at an elementary school and this has been a very stressful and BUSY time. I have gotton off of WW, but was still taling phen for energy but not eating properly!! I still sorta exercise but not like I was and drinking water has totally stopped!!

I am ready to get back on track before I do any major damage. I lost 18 pounds and have gained back 6. I need some motivation and support!! I will start again tomorrow!! Wish me luck!!

I'm still trying to get ON the wagon, but I certainly know how you feel. I teach at the elementary level and I have gained 10+ pounds this year. I am definitely eating my stress. This is a very stressful time of the year, especially when the kids think school is already out! Hang in there. The end is in sight. You can do it!!!

You can do this! Don't slide backwards until you've gained back what you lost. Plan ahead. Package small snacks like carrots to take with you and your own lunch if you won't be able to get something healthy. Also bottles of water. Remember exercise decreases stress, so plan how you will increase your activity. Set small goals for each day. I wish you the best of luck!
