Unhappy
I have only been seriously working out for about 2 and 1/2 weeks everyday. I have been on Phen for almost a month.

I have been doing ok with exercise (walking 45mins to an hour and elliptical 40mins a day- also situps, pushups, etc.) I was tired, but it was bearable.

Today was so different- I literally had to force myself to work out and I was sore all over. My knee hurts, the back of one of my legs hurts, my arms hurt from push-ups.

I have just felt so miserable all day.

Then, my husband, daughter and I went to the mall. While there, I started to feel really weird- dizzy, lightheaded and sick to my stomach. I broke out in a cold sweat and had to sit down for a minute.

Anyone know what is going on? This happen to anyone else?

Tomorrow, I'm going to take the day off from exercising and i'll start fresh on Monday.

Everyone have a great holiday weekend.

P.S. I know everyone will say to drink water and make sure I'm eating. I did both things as usual.

Give your body at least one day out of the week to rest. I know how you feel, I work out everyday, and it's hard to let go of that when you have such a passionate goal. I feel like I gotta keep going while I have help, and the will to do it, but reward yourself with with a day to tell your body, "Good job sweetie" Trust me, it will not hurt. I've been doing the same thing, ((45 mins of tread, bike, or elliptical)) everyday... when I started to let myself rest, I still continued to see results without being burned out, and my body told me ( "Cheri' I AM still on your side, but thanks for the break!" )

I'm only saying one day cause I know how hard it is to feel like you're wasting a day, but see how it feels... you'll be surprised how your body will still love you, and even more so, that you gave her time to rest. She'll so appreciate it... in the meantime, if it does not get better, always check with your doctor, that's always the way to go....Good Luck, we're here for you !

I agree, it sounds like you need a day or more of rest.

Personally, I only do intense workouts (like weights) 3 or 4 times a week. Walking you can usually do every day, but for strength exercises, your muscles needs time to recover.

Especially if you are just starting, take it a little easy! And especially be careful with that knee -- that sounds more like injury than normal soreness.

Whew... that is a schedule. Your body is probably tired. Are you getting enough sleep? Try to rest and if you can try to get in one day off from "intense" exercise.

Hope you feel better soon,

I also workout everyday. About a week ago everytime I was standing up I could feel my legs trembling. I was okay while lying down, but when I stood up my legs would shake. This went on for three days. Like an idiot I worked out anyways. Finally, I got so dizzy and I could feel my throat closing. I had to take one of my Naproxin to relax my muscles (I am no longer on phen). I had over done it. It's better now. If I can't rest a day I just do yoga.

IF YOU ALWAYS FAIL AT EVERYTHING YOU TRY, NEVER GO SKYDIVING!!!

GOD BLESS!
