I really wouldnt be concerned, if this is the first time this is happening, wait and see what happens w/ your next cycle. If it is like that,then go see your Gyno.
Your primary doc will tell you to go see your gyno anyway, unless you go to him for everything.
(which i would suggest to get a gyno, they know more when it comes to that area)
I wouldnt be too concerned, even when not on medication, things like that can happen... Happens to me all the time, well every couple months, I'll get one thats funny, but I also have a lot of female issues, that i just found out about a year ago....
I would just go ahead and wait and see what happens your next cycle, if it happens again, consult your gyno, if it concerns you.
