Hi everyone,
I weigh myself often, sometimes I think it's good because I don't eat that extra whatever because I will be seeing it on the scale but sometimes I think it sabatoges me. If I have a bad day where I am retaining a lot of water or for whatever reason am weighing more I get down. In the past this has been a problem because then I end up saying "screw all this work then!"
What do you guys think, is weighing often a bad thing?

I put the scale away because it would constantly alter my mood about my progress.....I was forced to put it away because the PHEN/PMS/TOM is so intense for me for some reason that I could gain upwards of about 7LBS in the two weeks surrounding my period.....so that's how I broke the habit.
