I started taking phen March 31. When I first started I would get a slight headache at the end of the day but after about two weeks they tapered off. After that all was well until last week. I started getting dizzy spells, realy bad. At first I thought that maybe I needed more water so I increased and that did not help. I wasn't hungry but I thought that maybe my body needed sothing extra so I had a piece of fruit, which did not help. I thought that maybe I needed more protien so I had a handfull of nuts. Nothing has helped I am always having spells and some are so bad that I walk around like I've had a few to many drinks. Has anyone had anything like this and what did you do to stop it?

I've had minor bouts of dizziness but nothing I can't handle. What dosage strength are you taking? I take 1/2 of a 37.5 mg tablet. I just can't handle a whole tablet. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Are you getting enough sleep? Have you checked your blood pressure lately? I usually get dizzy if I haven't had enough sleep to the point of having nausea. Your BP could be really high or low and that causes dizziness too.
