I've been on phen for a week exactly now,, and in the last couple days, I have felt as if my circulation is not reaching my fingers and toes... I can't for the life of me... get them warm? Can Phen have this effect?

I am not sure about this, but I have the same problem. My hands are so cold right now, I can barely type this message. I am covered in a big blanket and have a heating pad in my lap. If you find out please let me know

Well, I went from 162 - 154 in a week... is that normal...? I was awake a lot last night because my toes ere like Ice cubes. I'm surprised they don't shatter when I walk on them.. uhghhh..

I know that I have not been eating a whole lot lately. But not sure about the weight loss this week. I have really cut out alot of carbs, not all of them, but 90%.

I haven't eaten a lot either.. I had a hot chocolate though at about 4 in the morning for warming sake, and soaked my feet in hot water.... it's just my fingers and toes....
Could I just be losing weight in my fingers and toes... har har

I've been a lot more colder now that I've been on Phen...but thats only becuase I've been drinking ice water by the gallons everyday!
 No circulation problem, just ice water problem. Won't be much of a problem in the summer!

I know.. my body is swimming in water...I have all but stopped drinking pop... pretty good for an addict...
I drink tons of water now.... I know that water freezes faster than pop...

I am also new to phen, and the first day or two I took it, I was freeeeezing cold. I came to this site in search of "why", and apparantly many people experience the cold feeling. Since this drug affects the brain and the chemicals that control our appetite, I wonder if that has something to do with it. I'm wearing thick socks, sweaters, and had to turn up the heat.

Yes, I believe this is a side affect. It was posted a while back and it seems to be another side affect. I have to wear socks to bed along with my electric blanket turned to high. Also I have found that after I workout and sweat, if I don't change my cloths/socks, I stay cold the entire day. Of course winter does not help and it has been raining/snowing here for the last month....and Im sick of it! Hope that helps, if I find the post with the side affect info, I will bump it over......
