I got the program lightning fast.... I think within 3 days, but it came from HSN.com, only $99 & free ship(in case anyone is interested).
I am a body type B. I am eating 6 times a day. My husband is an E and gets way more food than I do. In the morning I get 2 oz protein& 1/2 cup fibery fruit, like berries..... mid morning, same thing, but no fruit, greens instead, lunch 2 oz protein, 1/2 cup hi fiber carb, like brown rice and 2 cups veggies, mid afternoon I get 2 oz protein and veggie, dinner 2 oz protein, 1/2 cup carb and veggies, and then an optional snack, like 1/2 cup berries. To me this is a lot, because I am used to near starvation with no carbs. I have found my appeteite to stay under control, even with no Phen.You know how they say sometimes you need ot eat to lose weight??? I think that is what my problem was for a while, why I was stuck on that plateau. i would very little at wierd times of the day, and then on the weekends I would be frustrated and gorge on something really fattening...
To me the excersise program is too easy. but I am used to busting my butt, so the bands don't do it for me, and definitley not for my husband who is a strong 30 year old. I decided to get out the dumbells and we are doing our own routine, workign the muscles that the program calls for. I do love this program, and the workouts are great if you are a beginner.
