WOW!! One month....21 lbs. gone!

Hello all! I have been browsing these forums for the past month, and finally decided to make my debut today! I have been eating totally differently, and a lot less, and 21 lbs. have come off in the past 30 days! I am wearing clothes that I havn't worn in over 2 years. I just wished those closest to me could notice. It sounds like a lot of weight, and I can tell a big difference, but nobody has commented on my weight loss yet. Hopefully after the next 20 lbs? I was astonished to learn that I weighed 268 lbs one month ago...I really thought I was under 250. I have a 4 yr old daughter, and have spent the past 2 yrs enduring fertility treatments including tubal pregnancies and surgeries that have left me unable to conceive on my own. I did IVF last September, only to have it fail with 3 perfect embryos. So, I got off the emotional roller coaster for a while and decided to work on me! I am planning to try IVF one more time in September before our insurance changes, so I hope to be under 200 by then. I know I can do it! 199.9....here I come!

I know exactly what you mean about others noticing. I've taken off a bit in the last few months but no ones noticed BUT my husband is also on Phen and everyones noticed his. Not fair. His was more like a beer gut (he dosn't drink beer though),
Mines more evenly spread. Everywhere.

Thanks! I think that is the reason some people cant notice...because of how I am proportioned. I don't really have any one trouble spot...its just everywhere. It will probably come off the places I dont really want it to like my boobs! Thats just how it goes....

That is great! Keep doing whatever you are doing. Don't let others not noticing discourage you. My parents, whom I only see once or twice a month haven't noticed mine either though all of my coworkers can't say enough for me. Go figure.

Awww!! Don't sweat it.. I bet we would notice here Post some before and after pics and I bet you will get at least 20 people giving you cheers..
