Is anyone thinking about doing the boot camp? I printed out the 'contract' at Oprah.com, but I'm still on the fence. I'm not sure if I'm ready to go from zero workouts to eight workouts a week. Heh. And I don't want to commit unless I'm ready.

I work out 5-6 times a week. I can't imagine fitting in 2 more!

Seems to hard to me.Then the part about cutting out all sugar and any thing white,flour rice etc.That's for someone who doesn't have kids pulling on your legs all day I need some sugar to keep me awake.

Good luck! I can't give up my carbs. I'm already working out 8 times a week: 5 days on my elliptical and 3 nights at Curves.

I think 8 times a week is a bit extreme. I'm sure it would be great but if I committed to that I'd be setting myself up for disaster! I think you could do a modified version though. Maybe workout 5 times a week and cut out most all refined carbs but allow yourself a serving of wheat bread or brown rice a few times a week or even once a day. Oprah knows what she is talking about though. She looks fabulous and has been through it all! I think the thing about an eating "cutoff" point in your day is a good thing too. I'm a night nibbler so that would help me!

I printed the contract and other things off from the site today. I am going to get the 8 workouts in. I will do my workout video and then use my ski machine as well. I am going to watch eating the white stuff. And sugars I don't eat anymore anyway. I want to give my body the best chance to be at a healthy weight. If that means that I have to suffer without candy for a couple months, that is what I will do. I have made my body suffer for years with this extra weight. I can do it, and I am so pumped to get this weight off. If anyone else is going to do the boot camp, and you need a buddy, PM me.

My sister in law just called me and asked if i would do this boot camp with her. I had no clue what it was and was about to look it up on oprahs website. Thanks yall, you just answered most of my questions

HI EVERYONE THE SHOW WAS GREAT!AND YES SHE HAS BEEN THERE MORE THEN ONCE.SHE DOES LOOK GREAT!AND THAT GUY THAT LOST 500LBS. ON HIS OWN.
