QUESTION: THE MORE WEIGHT YOU HAVE TO LOSE, THE FASTER YOU LOSE IT?

I WAS TOLD IF YOU HAVE TO LOSE 100LBS YOUR AVERAGE WEIGHT LOSE WILL BE HIGHER THAN SOMEONE WHO HAS TO LOSE 20.

IS THAT TRUE? MY FRIEND HAS TO LOSE 75LBS, WE STARTED WORKING OUT TOGETHER AND FOLLOWING PRETTY MUCH THE SAME DIET ON THE 7TH (SHE IS NOT ON PHEN) SHE LOST 9LBS WHEN I HAD ONLY LOST 3? SHE WEIGHED HERSELF AGAIN TODAY AND SHE HAS LOST 14LB TOTAL SO FAR! I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I HAVE LOST SINCE MY FIRST WEIGH IN (CAN'T WEIGH MYSELF UNTILL SUNDAY) BUT I AM POSITIVE IT IS NOT 14.

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?

I've heard that before too.. But I'm not sure if it's true or not. Sorry I can't be more help to ya... But I'd like to know that answer too.

I may try to do a search on here to see if I can find some info for us.

well if you look threw everything on here, you will notice a pattern of the people who are needing to loose more weight are the ones that are loosing more quickly and it seems that the people that have a small amount of weight it comes off alot slower. Its just something that i ahve noticed, but as far as information on it..i have non LOL

Well, in a month I lost 11 lbs. I wanted to lose a total of 80 lbs. I don't think that I am losing any faster than some of you!! I think that what I am losing is probably average. I am 5' and weighed 200, want to get to 120 or so.

That was my 1st month on phen. I only weigh myself monthly

everyone is different and have different metabolisms so it may very from person to person but theoreticly the heavier you are the faster you will lose because you can eat more calories and lose weight.

I use this formula to figure what I can eat everyday and not lose or gain and then figure what I need to cut to lose 1-2 pounds per week

my weight X 12 = my maintanence zone

ex. 161 X 12 = 1932 ( this is for someone who is moderately active I use 11.5 sometimes too)

so I can have 1932 cals and it takes 3500 cals to lose a pound so if I cut 500 calories a day I should lose a pound a week. then add in exercise to lose even more.

this is not gonna be perfectly accurate for everyone. if you have more muscle you can eat a little more.
