HELPPPPPPP!! I think Ive hit a plateau!! Ive lost 41 pounds since April 5 and now its just stopped! Ive been at 205 for over a week now! Any suggestions on how to get over this and keep on trucking???????

41lbs. in 2 months that is unreal. Be proud of yourself. I've only lost around 7 lbs. in one month. Don't worry you're just slowing down a bit.
Just be cool and proud of your self... you did not gain those extra pounds in 2 or 3 mounth, pay patience you are doing great job 40 lbs in 2 mounth is just wonderfull , with my experience soon you will start to loos ,ur body just slow down.

I have always been impatient...... I guess thats just something Im going to have to work on and I guess I knew I would start to slow down. It just ****s. Its like a teaser...lol you get excited b/c you do well and then your body says... Ill just mess with her for a while now.... Talk about a reality check! Thanks you guys!

I said this in the other thread but honestly, I think I lost so fast the first month b/c of all the water I drank. I mean I felt like a CAMEL!!! OTher than no sodas or fast food, I really didnt change much.

As qtpierye put it please share!!! An average day of what you'd eat, if you'd exercise and how much, how often, etc.. the dose you are on etc.
I bought this stuff off the internet 37.5 dose and take it once a day, hardly feel any side effects of it at all and am only on day 12, i've lost only 4 pounds. I've heard of so many success stories of more weight lost so i'm still hopeful but would love to hear a few play by play tips from you on your loss...thats fantastic... i'd high five that "wall" if it were me.![]()

lol ok you all are starting to make me feel like an idiot for even posting this in the first place... (but take that as a compliment!)
When I exercise its usually in the morning. I either run, go to the gym, or do Tae Bo (thats the best!!) I do any of those things 3-4 times a week. I dont really have time in the evenings to do anything so if I dont get it done in the morning I end up not doing anything.
As far as what I eat... like i told qtpie I find it SOO hard to eat 3 meals a day, but I try to eat a little something during the day just so my metabolism will stay up. Like a turkey on what sandwich ( which is great b/c its low cal, low fat, and is a great source of protein) ... not too high in carbs either
Other than that all I can say is drink WATER, WATER, and more WATER!!!!

Yeah- you rock- it has taken me since Feb to lose 31! But to break a plateau, it will take a couple weeks (your body needs to get re-adjusted to the new slimmer you!) Keep doing exactly what you are doing and keep working out. Maybe switch up what you are doing in the gym as well as your foods (like give yourself one day a week where you aren't counting, etc). I hit a plateau last month- although it was somewhat self induced due to finals and 3 am krystal chiks- and just kept on track.
Also, try to get in at least 1000 calories (more like 1200) daily to keep your body from starvation mode. I read that you said you didn't eat much- which also might be why you hit a plateau. Just the momma bear in me concerned![]()
I'm not on phen right now, taking a break, but I know that just stay motivated (and away from the scale sometimes helps during plateaus) and keep rocking it girl!!!

OK I just found out that my ex is going to meet me in Savannah for my moms huge th of July bash. He is very near and dear to my heart and I want to surprise him with my sucess so far. Anyone have any suggestions on crunch time for the next month. I havent seen him in over 2 years and I really want to surprise him, b/c hes never seen me under 230! Please help! ( plus I wouldnt mind ot be albe to wear that white bikini I bought ) lol
