phen break ,how long is a break

I've been off of phen for about 3 or 4 weeks now and have been taking lipodrene, how long is a good amount of time to stay off of lipo? I've hit a platue and am trying to get out of it!!

I really don't know but I took slightly more than a month of Phen's break after hitting a plateau. When I go back, I was able to loss about 2 pounds per week. Though the side-effect like dry-mouth is not that strong, it still works (the weight loss). Just my personal experience, let's see what others have to say...
