Ok, I've been off Phen for 2 months now, have been doing really good with the diet and exercise,i've been taking lipodrene for the past 2 months as well, I thought I had lost some more according to my scales and as of yesterday i weighed less than what the doctor scale had me at, it had me at the same as my last weigh 2 months ago!!! I told her what i've been doing except the lipodrene part and asked for suggestions, she said get the body for life book and lift weights also, so i'm going to give that a whirl, I don't know I thought for sure i would have been down at least 10 more pounds!!! she said my metabolism is used to what i'm doing and i need to change things up some more and i have 50 pds to go. I feel thinner and more toned and my clothes are baggy, i'm going down in sizes, so i don't understand!!!! any pointers appreciated!!!
