Just wanted to let you guys know that I am still hanging in there...I was slightly injured...due to stupidity...
 Hind site is 20/20, right? My husband (he would be tweedle dum) asked me to help him pull two larger tent-like poles apart....I (me-tweedle dummer)obliged...I was pulling, he was pulling, not working...so tweedle dum told tweedle dummer to turn to her left and pull while he sort of braced himself against her rather large tushie (side topic...I cannot begin to express how sexy i feel knowing that my backside can be used to brace a full grown man like a friggin rock wall!!!!!)...anyway, tweedle dum and dummer pulled again...and bam, the tent poles came apart...tweedle dum being of fine stature and fitness didnt budge and inch and came through unharmed...BUT OFCOURSE Tweedle dummer did NOT!!!! She went flying forward...head turned right, slamming the rather large tent pole into HER (that would be MY) forehead only a mere inch above her left eye!!!!! Blood everywhere...which ofcourse was not tweedle dummer's primary concern...it was...oh my god...how am i going to look now...not my left eye or the concussion the force of large pole ramming my head gave me...but, running to the mirror with tweedle dum trying to slow her down and stop the bleeding...he just did not understand the bigger matter...my vanity. Anyway, had to go right to see my doc...he was waiting there for me to arrive...now i have a huge lump on my head...he laughed at me, as if i wasnt humiliated enough now that i am disfigured (okay, maybe not disfigured...) i dont even know what it looks like yet....they are trying to minimize any scars...and i have been walking around in lots of hats since Friday...DUH!!!! To make matters worse I leave for the shore this Thursday (4th-14th)...so i will have something other than my bigg butt sticking out of my bathingsuit to distract onlookers from how fat i look because i cannot seem to budge this damn weight lately...just stuck....1 lb away from my FIRST GOAL...I have to stop now...I can feel an artery throbbing in my head....augh! oh happy day! |

Oh and I forgot...My favorite line since Friday when B*tching at my husband...Well, I need that like i need a hole in my head...My grandmother used to say it all the time...it's funnier now...LOL

SORRY to hear about the freak accident. Im a normal blonde somewhere under all this dye so the tweedle dee and dummers got me alittle confused the first time I read it. SO I redread it and YAYYY My brain came out to save the day!!
Also 1 lb away from your goal!! Thats a HUGE thing gal! You are my hero!! I gained back 5 lbs but considering I started my TOM lol I guess is what ya call it, yesterday Im hopeing all that is bloat and water weight lol. FYI Why do you all call it TOM? For the life of me I cant figure out the letters?? Well congrads on the weight loss and SORRY to hear of the accident. Im sure you cant even tell it. You are such a pretty and beautiful person that if someone thought an oz less of you because of a stinkin lil bump then they dont deserve to speak to you anyway so FOOEY on em!! Have fun out your trip! Wish I could go 2 lol Im getting ready for next weeks BACK TO SCHOOL!! OH NO !!!!! What a disaster !!! Oh man, when you cut your head there can be lots of blood. You are so lucky it didn't hit your eye, I don't even want to think about that.
I hope you aren't in too much pain (like throbbing headaches) and you heal quickly. I guess head thrashing exercises are out for a while, eh ?

OMG- so glad it did not get your eye!!!
Break vitamin e capsules open and lather it on there.It smells gross but totally will help with healing and scars...oh and also, drink lots of alcohol for the pain  Have fun on your trip!! |

Sorry~ I had a good laugh off that!! Not at you getting hurt but just picturing it as you told it. I'm glad you're okay though. Have fun on your trip and STOP feeling down on yourself miss size 8!!! LOL

 You sure know how to tell a story girl! You are very blessed that you were not hurt worse than you were. Just think, it could've been worse. I have a friend whose son was sliding down a ravine into a creek and landed on a stick! It was only 1/4 inch from his brown eye.  He had to have it surgically removed. So, the moral of my story is that someone always has it worse than you! LOL Have fun on your trip, and flaunt your sexy self girl. LOL...thanks guys, and that's okay I'm laughing at me too. Yes, I know it could of been worse...which is probably why I instinctivly turned my head to the right...and it landed on the left side. I am legally blind in my left eye. I see colors, and thats about it...but my right eye works perfect and since they have been like that since birth I do not no any better, or miss what I never had...so i see fine...atleast fine enough to shoot expert in the Army.
But, I was taught early on to not let anything happen to my right eye, or i would be scr*w*d...anyway, love vitamin E...use it on me and all the kids for all cuts, scrapes,...Thanks V! Roller, that does hurt...I did that when I was a kid...and it REALLY stings...But, my head doesnt really hurt anymore...it did...they gave me some good stuff to take...but i didn't take it anyway LOL!!! Are you kidding me...I hate to pills, not that I am afraid to actually swallow them or anything--that's not it...I just hate to take stuff. My doc had to practically beg me to take the phen...I took tylenol...Okay, i couldn't take it anymore, and in my opinion the bandage was gross so i figured it needed to be taken off...so i did it really doesnt look that bad, I'm sure that it will heal fine, and not scar me...AND THAT I LOOK TONS BETTER WITH JUST THIS SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS BANDAID ACROSS MY FOREHEAD!!! LOL, it was him, or hotwheels cars...oh yeah, I recall the smooth move, exlax from jr. high...LOL...my daughter and i always say --Smoooooth like peanut butta! -- whenever we do something stupid in each others presence... Don't worry, I am sure my #$%^&, I mean my sister will take plenty of pictures of me at the beach... |
