Wel.... I've stopped using phentermine and became quite prone to eating junk i.e.crisps and biscuits...I was wondering are they ok, if i count them into my daily cals. I still dont go over 1200 even if I have junk. Thanks xx

hmm, well how high in fat are they? How high in processed carbs are they? Those are really the thing you want to look up before you decide.
Also, you should be able to eat more than 1200 and still lose weight as long as you exercise... just substitute any white foods (pasta, bread, etc) for whole grain and eat lots of veggies.

I'm like you. If it's white I swear I can hear it calling my name. A lot depends on which type of diet you are on but biscuts, man one of my favs, they are kinda taboo for about any type of diet you are on. If I feel I ABSOLUTELY have to have a slice of bread I eat one slice of weight watchers bread. And since I refuse to pay the price and it would go bad faster then I could eat it, I go over to my pal's and steal a slice of hers. I am doing a low fat diet. I thinks that's the easiest for me. I tried Adkin's but the craving for carbs never went away. And I can still have my pasta this way.
