They all sound sooo good!! Unfortunately, I had to give up all of these types of food (even low fat/cal. ones) because I just can't seem to stop before I get through the whole bag! I had a chocolate cupcake a couple days ago (My daughter was gonna eat it and ended up just eating the frosting off of it... so I finished it!) and felt like crap the next day. I like the way I feel eating fresh foods now. It's important to me to learn how to get away from the processed junk and keep things as healthy as possible. I know everyone is different, but for ME... I go overboard on even the reduced calorie goodies!
By the way, You are very pretty and really kicking butt on the weight loss... great job!

Thanks Chick, you are pretty yourself. Well, when i get a sweet tooth, i usually eat one of the listed above items, b/cuz here latley if i dont give in to my urge, then the next time i get it, im afraid i will eat the fattty foods, instead of those listed above.. so i try to keep those in my house just in case..

I love all of these new low-cal, low-fat junk foods. I always measure everything out, and I try not to eat them in excess, but they are great when a craving hits!

I know I crave sour cream and onion potato chips, but the baked ones are just as good!

I bought some Edy's sugar free, made with splenda, fat-free, 100 calorie per serving, chocolate and vanilla swirl ice cream last night, because I was craving ice cream, and it was GOOD!
This is definately an improvement, because I would usually go get a peanut-butter-bup-oreo-butterfinger-heath-bar blizzard from DQ. (Yes, I put ALL of that in there! lol)

Unfortunately I have no will power. If I eat a couple of chips, I have to eat the whole bag. I'm such a sad case. I love chips and dips, I crave that more than sweets. I know if I had a little, I wouldn't be able to stop. Same with potatoes and french fries. Ugh, I have to stop talking about it now.

i find that if i measure out whatever snack i'm going to eat ahead of time, i do just fine!!

my two favorites right now are:

    sugar free popsicle brand popsicles
15 cals, o fat (i can eat 4 at once and not feel guilty about it and they are big)

    sugar free fudgesicles
    40 cals, 0 fat

i also eat alot of boiled egg whites. very high in protein and really low in calories.

Great ideas! I do buy the light or baked chips once in a while and immediately when I get home and put away the groceries I divide them up into ziploc bags per serving size. It really helps! My conscious gets me if I go after another bag!

Last night I wanted chips and dip (my fave too) and bought a snack size bag of baked lays and light dip, ate half the bag and 2 Tbsp of dip. It satisfied my craving and I still lost a pound from yesterday!

If I don't give in, I will wait until I am weak and eat most of a whole bag!

    another of my favorites is

    reduced sugar cocoa puffs lol
120 cals for a cup, 1.5gs of fat.
it does have 3gs of sugar though.

i HAVE to have cereal. so i'm doing real good by switching. if you measure out a whole cup and eat it dry as a snack, it really seems like so much more. AND it is chocolate. which is very important to me!!

I love the Nabisco 100 calorie packs. My favorite are the chips ahoy thin crisps. A serving of 100 calories is prepackaged so you dont keep eating them out of a bag or box. They have oreo thin crisp, fruit snacks, and wheat thins too.
