    Well I have totally lost it today---my hormones have seemed to have taken over..had a slimfast around 5..I ate 1/2 med fry (McD's) w/my daughters then came hm after visiting my girlfriend in the hospital & ate bread & meat (another dinner) then like 5 cookies from the store (I think 5--I honestly lost track---I have been exercising all wk but TOM is coming & unlike the first mth when I started Phen---I can't seem to control myself at all---does this happen to anyone else or does the Phen control your appetite all mth long????

    I'm with missus, you should see my bad days! Right before my TOM I could eat a small village. I've noticed two times of the month that it doesn't work as well. I've just kinda learned to let myself have an occasional treat and try to stay busy. I figure it's good practice for when I'm not taking the phen!

    Yes I know I shouldnt beat myself up but I am on a deadline for a wedding next mth in Indy & at this point I'll be showing up as a huge cow! No I haven't switched mgs--I'm still on 30 mgs..I just noticed that last mth I didn't have any cravings & this mth it totally different---I'll try to do better tomorrow--Uggh! Thanks guys!

    I can relate!!! I have been eating so much junk for 2 days!!! I am like what the heck is going on. I am moody, sensitive, and just not feeling myself. I think it will pass. I did not take Phen today and had 4 pieces of pizza hut pizza and made a rainbow chip cake with yummy vanilla frosting and covered it with rainbow candies!!!

    I am getting back on track, right away

    I couldn't eat when TOM is around the corner cos I'm on Phen. So end up, I'm sick (down with flu). Guess we ladies need more protein and nutrients during this time of the month... It is better that you eat a little more than falling ill like me!

    Don't worry gal, eating a little more one day won't make you overweight, the culprit is the day to day "extras" and total lack of exercise. You will be slim and sexy by next month!!

    Don't feel bad, I cheated yesterday too. Something must of been in the air. Today is another day, I will try again. I regreted it when I got on the scale this morning and peek at the numbers. Yesterday was my weigh in day, but I had a strange feeling to check things out. Boy-BIG MISTAKE! 2 pounds. No way could my cheating make me gain 2 pounds, but I will chalk it up and work hard until next Wednesday and hopefully I will be down 4 pounds.

    Floridagal32, if losing weight was easy there would be very few overweight people in this world. It's not easy and we all are very aware of it. That is why I hate to see you discribe yourself as a "huge cow". Would you let someone else call you that???...I bet not! Lordy, you are 149 and that is a far cry from a "huge cow"...trust me, I live in the country so I know these things!

    Look at a picture of yourself before you started this journey, then look at yourself in the mirror as you are now...did you come this far only to be sabatoged by fries and cookies??? I think the answer is No and you will be back on the right track soon.

    Hech, try to concentrate on how far you have come, you've lost 18 pounds already which I think is pretty awesome.

    Thanks everyone!!! Well maybe I was a little hard on myself (the fat cow part haha) but feeling better today & worked out this am..No PizzaNut I would never let someone call me that! I guess everyone gets frustrated when your doing great & losing but then you give in to tempation--Those D**n sweets!!! Thanks again

    Hey Florida!! I have been feeling like you the past couple of days.. I think its for the same reason too... I am so hungry and I have eaten some stuff I shouldnt have! But I know Im not going to eat like that everyday so Im trying not to freak out too much.... I think you will be ok... If you dont eat a little junk every now & then, you will totally go insane one day and eat a TON of junk.... at least thats what I would do! I know one thing for sure... If I had pizzahut in front of me the past two days, I wouldnt know how to handle it!!! I think the phen is less effective around tom too... Maybe we should do a poll...

    ANYWAY I know you will look great for the wedding, dont be so hard on yourself!!!
