Can I brag just a little bit?

I'm sorry, I've just gotta brag on myself just for a minute...

When I joined Curves in December 2003, I got weighed and measured. Here's my stats from two years ago.
Bust: 42"
Waist: 40.5"
Hips: 44.75"
Thighs: 28"
Arms: 13.5"
Weight: 191 lbs
BMI: 33

And here are my stats from today. (Had to measure myself for Tammy's new challenge today.

)
Bust: 38"
Waist: 32"
Hips: 37"
Thighs: 22"
Arms: 11"
Weight: 138 lbs
BMI: 23

So that is a total loss of 28.75", a loss of 53 pounds, and a drop of 10 points off my BMI, taking me from obese to normal.

Phen.com and all the wonderful people on here is the reason I've come this far.

No you can't brag.....okay you can. You should do more than brag, You should be screaming it at the top of your lungs. That is really awesome. Great job choco. So happy for you.

Girl, you definatley got Braggin Rights!! What you have accomplished is more than just amazing weightloss, you have conquered yourself, and that is what we are ALL struggling with here!!

WAY TO GO! You have most definatley changed yourlife for the better!!!

This is just the kind of post this forum needs to keep everyone pumped, focused, and working on their weight loss goals!! That's what makes this forum so great.......it gives us all hope to see a post where someone is making great progress and changes in their life - losing those unwanted pounds!

Brag all you want, because each one of us that participates in this forum has a goal to do the same when our "big day" arrives!!

Way to go, and keep up the healthy lifestyle you have created!!

Hi Rachel, AmberSkyy, Trent!! I love the BMI thingy... I was "forced" into Phen by doctors who believe I'm obsese!! (Our BMI of 23 is healthy, anythig above that is overweigh/obsese)

And to answer 90210's question, I have phen, but I don't take it regularly. I use it during pre-TOM week, and then maybe 2-3 times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. I didn't have any for about 2 months straight, so my body got a good break from it.
