I chose "what i see in the mirror" because it's closest to "what i see on the scale"
my weight keeps me on track. If i lost 2 pounds over night, that puts me in a good mood & trying doesnt seem like such a chore
If I gain a little, or don't lose.. I put more effort into it to kick that little scale's butt.

i said eating the right foods, because i find that the less i eat sugar, fatty stuff, etc. etc. i tend to crave them less.
