Please go to the board and do the SIGN UP page, read the messages, send me the requires info on the board or in email, and Im working on your personal challenges as we speak. I will be sending those out starting today depending on who has sent me the information already. I cannot make them until I know what you are already doing, need to be doing and should be doing!

AWW I sawwy to hear that MSN is being an ***! TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY!!! Im SO excited! We have such a BIG week ahead of us! I am COUNTING on all you Fat to PHAT challengers to get your butts in gear and drop those LBS!!
