Has anyone stopped taking phen for a few days? If so, did you feel like you were dragging butt for a few days? I am on my 4th day without phen and finally feeling somewhat normal. I guess my brain needed a few days to figure out that the chemical stimulus for energy and metabolism was missing before it would jump start itself.

Did you have any withdrawal symptoms and how long did they last?

Also, what is this new legal mumbo-jumbo going on about phen? Did the FDA recently ban it from being sold online?

I used to take breaks from it, and now have been off of it since the beginning of May. Fatigue and headaches are one. Then I notice a few weeks of loads of hunger. Combat this by drinking a lot of water. Drink a glass of water before you eat to feel "full." I'm surprised given the length I was taking it how relatively easy it is to stop taking it, compared to other drugs. I know they say it's addicting. Other than feeling a little emotional and hungry I can't say it was too bad. When I took breaks and went back on it stepped up the loss for me.

I got very dizzy for a few days after stopping phen. I could barely turn my head without the room spinning.

I have taken 4 days off several times and felt no symptoms at all. Maybe it's because I only take 15 mg??

I take half of a 37.5 early in the morning. I was having real problems sleeping (like only 2 or 3 hours a night), so I decided to take about a week off. I felt the same as you, had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, felt like I was dragging all day at work, and would come home and just want to sleep! It was pretty bad for the first couple of days but then I felt back to normal. I don't know if it was a withdrawl from the phen or if it was just my body catching up on badly needed sleep...

Now I take the weekends off to give my body a rest and I feel pretty normal...

I have been taking it 5 on 5 off, the days I don't take my Phen I take 1 water pill, diurex (caffiene) that seems to give me the same boost and I don't feel any different, the day I start my phen back up I get a H/A but the rest of the days I am ok. Now after this month, I'll be off totally everything, just rely on my vitamins

cuinthemoon-I'm green with envy!!! You started where I am now...and reached the goal weight I set for myself! Can I ask how long it took you? Exercise?

My youngest daugehter is almost 7 months old so my "baby fat" excuse is almost worn out!

I started at the end of March, workout 30-40 5-6 days a week, for 2 months. Now I am in my 3rd month and I have cut back to 3-4 days a week 60 minutes. I am still losing weight. remember to drink water.

y'know, working out has been my biggest obstacle. I have a 6 month old and a 2 year old and I have not found a perfect time to schedule the gym in. I have a 3 year paid membership that INCLUDES childcare (and the play area looks like a McDonald's playland). I just need a swift kick in the butt and to know that the kids may take a couple of weeks to adjust to the gym daycare. When my first daughter was 6 months old, they used to call me back to pick up my child after 15 minutes...she was pretty inflexible! Okay, I am gonna start today.....maybe tonight.
