why is blue/clear phen better than yellow.........

I have heard this so many times about the 2 so I ordered the blue/clear this time but I did lose 30 pounds in 2 months on the yellow's................which do all of you think is better? thanks Dustin.......................

The blue/clear ones are time released, so they work "better". From most of the posts I've read on here, everyone preferrs the blue/clear ones. That's what I take, but never tried anything else.
