adipex and synthroid

does anyone take this combo? Do you split up the dosages by a few hours? Any side affects?

My dr. told to take my thyroid first thing in the morning and wait aleast 1 hr before taking my phen. I havent had any side effects taking it this way but before I would take them at the same time it made me sick to my stomach and gave me a huge headache. Hope this helps oh yeah he also told me to take my vitimins at night so my body would absorb everything especially my calcium
