Hey guys, I'm back from a fun weekend in Wisconsin Dells. I had so much fun!! I am officially a go-cart junkie and I plan on returning every year. This was my first time going and although it was fun 2 horrible things happened. First, someone slashed our tires when the car was parked in the amusement park parking lot. I can't believe how cruel some folks can be; it was really bad because they put 2 huge gashes in it which as a result, delayed our return home. Second, I experience a panic attack, something that has never ever happened to me. It was on yesterday and I wanted to see the upside down white house. It's like a fun house with a guided tour of the white house and everything in it is upside down and you have to gather clues to figure out the mystery of how it got that way. Anyways as we walked into the first room the tour guide was talking and telling us stuff about the night it all happened and such and then we started to walk into the 2nd room and that's when I began to feel very very dizzy, so dizzy in fact that I stumbled and had to hold myself up against the wall. I kept telling my family I didnt feel well and that I felt dizzy and then all of the sudden it got worse and it felt like the whole room was beginning to close in on my and I started gasping for air and I ran outside to get air. My sister helped me do some breathing exercises and I felt my chest and my heart was pounding so fast. I was so scared but then after a while my breathing got back to normal. I was wondering do you all think this could be associated with phen and do you think I should see a dr? Also I noticed that everytime I tell this story I start feeling the way I did on yesterday, dizzy. I'm scared this could happen again. Sorry so long

UHHHH! Sorry about the tires! I had when the unexpected happens. I don't know if what you discribed is a panic attack or a dizzy spell. Was there something that triggered you to panic or did you just all of a sudden feel dizzy?

When I have had panic attacks they are always triggered by something. I had them when something is out of my control like when my mom was going to be put under for a surgery and my friend kept asking me questions about it, or when I was riding in a friends car and she said that it had caught on fire the previous week. It is usually something like that for me.

Let me know and I hope you feel better!!

The only thing that I can think of is that I was extremely nervous riding in the car with my nephew because the previous day I experienced his driving and he crazy outta control and no one wanted to sit up front with him so I had to. Also there were sound effects in the white house; there was an explosion of some sort but it didn't really make me scared because I was already expecting something unusual to happen due to the setting.

I have social anxiety and have panic attacks, but not very often at all. When I was first on phen, I went to an amusement park and while in line with other people around, I started feeling dizzy, very hot, couldn't see anything, which is what happens to me. I had to go outside(people probably thought i got scared of the ride lol)

But I do think it was partly because of the phen.

Sounds like you were just stressed out Vanett. Your sister did the right thing by encouraging you to do breathing exercises. I've had panic attacks as far back as I can remember, and it is very scary. I hate to hear that about the tires getting slashed. What is wrong with people? Why would someone just randomly pick a car out and vandalize it? That p i s s e s me off!!

Hey Vanett, girl, piece of advice, next time you go, make sure you take your Illinis license off and put on Wisconsin or MInnesota tags (you can get fake ones). I know because a friend of mine went to a Green Bay Packers game and her tires were slashed in the same manner as yours. And, if you were driving a fancy car, they do that too.

I used to have panic attacks too, and I think that upside down house probably caused some of your anxiety. We went in February, and that house is something else. Glad you enjoyed the trip other wise though.

    Glad you're feeling better.

I think it had to be the House, sound effects can do it! Scary driving can do it too.

    Hope you feel better !

Thanks so much guys!!! Missus you are right, my play brother said the same thing about the plates. I think that is the dumbest thing but it's good to know there are fake ones to purchase, have to tell my sis. Again thanks all.

For sho girl. There's a little town not too far from The Dells, and this man has this house and it's called House on the Rock. Next time you go, make sure you visit. Must have at least 300 rooms.
