what do you think Ionamin Or Adipex(Generic)?

What is the diffrence? I was taking 37.5 Adipex(generic) the white pills with the blue flakes.. Does Ionamin work better. I would love to hear what you think... thanks..

I think they all contain the same ingredient, which is Phentermine. I've heard evidence that the brand name Apidex is time released and stronger. It sounds like you are taking the generic form of Apidex which is Phentermine.

adipex-p, dapex 37.5, fastin, ionamin, obe-nix, obephen, obermine, obestin-30, parmine, phentamine, phentol, phentrol-2, tora, unifast unicelles, and wilpowr, are all phentermine.

Phentermine when made by different manufacturers looks different. The white ovate 37.5 is made by Purex. The blue and white speckled one is made by Able.

Depending on your reaction to it, everyone seems to have different opinions on how much (15, 17, 30, 37.5) you should take for effective weight loss.

Then again, you probably already knew all this. Just relating what I've learned here.

My answer to you from my own trial and error is that Ionamin did not do a thing for me! Maybe it was just too mild because of it's slow release? I don't know....All I know is that it did not supress my appetite at all.

I know we all react uniquely to each brand or generic form of phen and IMHO there are as many reactions to phen, as there are people taking it.

The best one I've found for myself is the 30mg yellow phen capsules made by Eon Labs (generic).

I also found that the Adipex-P 37.5 tablets, made by Gate Pharma.(Brand name phen) gave me a splitting headache on just 1/2 tablet....Go figure I couldn't tolerate this one.

Please keep in mind that what one person likes and can tolerate, the next person could totally hate This is my humble opinion only.
