Work Folks REALLY Noticing My Weight Loss - Phentermine.com

More and more of the folks at work are really noticing my weight loss.

When they ask how much weight have I lost, I tell them 24 pounds so far. They seem amazed / shocked when I say I have some more weight to lose. I haven't told them how much more weight I want to lose. If I told them, I think they would look at me like I'm nuts. Well, I'm definitely not going to let that stop me from reaching my first goal (which is 130). When I get there, they'll probably think I'm even more nuts, and when I get to my final goal (whatever that will be - haven't decided just yet), they will probably think I'm just plain ole insane or obsessed. Oh well, I've gotta do what I've gotta do FOR ME. I am finally getting closer to my first goal, and I'm looking forward to getting there. I don't have time to be concerned about them thinking I'm going nuts because I want to be healthier, fit and comfortable. Hmmmmm. Reminds me. I need to weigh in soon for an update.

Ok. I'm done venting.

Well hey, I'm proud of you! And they're probably all just jealous!

And you can vent whenever you want, that's what we're here for!

You know what? I was thinking too that they probably are a little jealous. Oh well. Too bad for them.

I plan on posting pics once I get to my first goal (only 23 more pounds to go).

Good Job. It always feels good when people notice. Don't let others attitudes stop your progress. Some people just don't like to see others happy. Sad but true. Keep it up girl.

Don't worry, after the jealous thing, you will be their weight loss guru!! They just need to adjust to your new image and then they will crowd around you in the near future trying to squeeze some tips from ya!! Cheers and congrats!!

I've lost 10 and took in my skirts to make them fit better, and several people are doing the polite "hmmm, something is different" stare or outright double takes. For some reason, everyone seems fixated on my stomach !

I think when you reach 20+ pounds lost that's when people really notice.

It's a great feeling when people notice, very motivating. Alexis I'm really really happy for you !
