I'm back from vacation--vacation 2004/04 before and after pics!

I gained 4.5 lbs ! That is great considering my families marathon eating events. I did try to run or ride bike every morning. It was fun, but I am glad to be home. Family, gotta love em. Interesting note to all those who remember that my sister took tons of unflattering pictures of me at the beach last year...she wasn't so snap happy this year...I could only find a few. HMMM...well...I could write an essay on this topic...but I won't. I know you know what I know that she knows! LOL Here are some pictures....

V--she is in college...i think that is what is the killer for her, I am 13 years older, and have had kids...she is still young, and hasnt started a family yet...and is almost at where I started from last summer...I warned her I wasnt going back to the beach looking like Shamoo!!! LOL
