Hi, everyone. Tomorrow begins a new week of my personal challenge. I am glad to have company along the way. This works out great with accountability and my time crunch!
Starting this week, on top of having 12-14 servings of water daily, I will be accomplishing 5 cardio workouts of at least 30 minutes each. Tomorrow is my first day.

I just needed to start small and let it build up. I don't know why, but without having to worry about calories, fat, water, exercise, weights and everything all at once ... I feel better. Come on and drink that water!
but didnt get all my waters in...Lots of cocktails though! AND got in some extra cardio (shopping). LOL!
