Has anyone taken 2 30 mg phen at the same time?
I took one at 9am after I took 5-htp. I just went to take an antibiotic and took another 30mg phen by mistake. WHAT DO I DO?

I take 2 37.5's all the time with 2 5htps (shouldn't do this and I'm not suggesting it). I think you'll be okay. If you start having a reaction, go to the emergency room!!! But I think you'll be fine.

I've taken 2 30s before. You'll be fine. Your heart may race and you'll need lots of water, but you'll be okay.

My doc says not to do this, but Phat is right, people do it all the time. You should be okay, I'd probably have a gallon of water next to me all day today though! Hope everything is okay.

Thank you all soooo much, you've made me feel 100 x better. I was trying to throw up, but it just would't work. I guess binging and perging is out of the question for me.

As for 5-htp, I just started taking that. It's suppose to be a mood enhancer and an appetite suppresent. I heard if I took it with phen, it would make the phen work better. Somethings gotta help, I've been taking phen now for 4 weeks and my weight goes up and down.

By the way determined 1 your daughter is adorable.

How do you put pix on? I'm just alittle coputer stupid.

Well, I was up most of the night, but obviously I made it through. So many of you said you take 2 a day, how do you sleep? If I can lose some extra weight by my mistake, I will be very happy. Thanks for the advise on posting pix, I'm going to try it.

5-htp is a mood enhancer that is suppose to help in losing weight. I'm not sure how it works but I just started taking it, I'll let you know how it goes.

You can buy it at any drug store in the vitamin dept.

Glad I found this post!! I just put one up asking if I could take 2 30mg tablets, but nobody replied to me....Oh well. I only want to do it the once, I need a boost! Gotta get my house sparkling!! I'm fed up with it always being messy.... Cheers everyone.....

Is it possible to take 1 1/2 37.5's? I have been on 37.5's for almost a year now and of course they stopped working. I suggested to my doctor that I would start cutting back, only taking them when I need them, which is every other day. But in December 03 I stopped for a whole month due to surgery I was having in Jan.04. Got back on them in Feb. and they did nothing. Now I am starting to gain weight again because I'm craving all the junk food. It is so very frustrating to lose all this weight and then to have it come back. aaahhhhh! So my question is, is it safe to take 2 pills along with the 5htp? Do you take one 37.5 in the am and one in the pm?
