    what is the most amount of weight you've lost in the shortest time?

    what did you eat through out each day?
    did you excercise?
    if, so which excercises did you do?

    I lost 22 pounds once in college. I did a 30 day diet where I cut out all dairy, sugar, booze, flour, red meat and most fat out of my diet.

    I weighed 145 then and got down to 123. I was at the gym everyday for over an hour doing stairmaster and running.

    The most I've lost in the shortest time was in 1998. I lost 45 lbs in 4 months. My doctor had me on a low calorie diet I started it in August at 175 lbs reached my goal of 130 lbs by December. I didnt join a gym but I walked 4 miles everyday. I ate lean cuisine or healthy choice meals for lunch and dinner. If you have any other questions PM me

    I really don't know, i have ever been one to lose quickly.All my weight loss has been pretty slow, but i am no hard core dieter. I guess my first month on phen was the most I ever met. I think I lost about 18 pounds the first month, which for me is a lot. I hear girls on here talking about losing 5 lbs in a week! I lose about 1 maybe 1 1/2 pounds a week at most and that is good for me. But I like it that way, because if I get crazy and start eating a little out of hand, the weight doesn't pile back on so quickly.

    I lost 17 pounds in a month going from 145 (which on me isn't overweight) to 128 which made me look a little gross. I was training for the San Diego 5k so I was running 7 miles a day in the SAND and eating one bowl of rice and broccoli in the afternoon- probably my daily calorie intake was around 600. Not a very healthy way to lose the weight, but that was the most I lost in the shortest amount of time. I bounced back up to around 140 soon after the race.

    Hey HQ! HOw are you?

    I lost 13 lbs in a week once by eating grapefruit for breakfast and lunch and salad, soup or a sandwich for dinner, drinking 100 oz of water/day.... and no exercise. I pretty much starved myself but I lost quick!

    15 lbs in two weeks on Atkins with no exercise.

    165 down to 150

    but i hated it! i HATE atkins - make me mad and sad and all around grumpy

    I lost 20lbs in a month with a strict vegetarian diet. When I cut out all meats, I can lose weight fast.
