    Alright i'am up early today(for me).Just wanted to check in,getting ready to work out now so I can spend time with the kids today,my daughter sent me an e-mail saying i've been on the computer to much this week.Will check in later.Haven't decided if i'am going to fast today yet. I first typed this around 7 it's now 8 and i'am still here,see this is the problem.lol well i'll check back in later on.Off to my firm tapes.my ab's are killing me this morning,not going to let it stop me.I have to stop talking so much or learn to type in shorthand ehhh?

    Hey I'm back!!! I just got on a little bit ago-I slept almost all day I woke up early (around 5) stayed up, did some laundry (can I log that under T/S?? then woke kiddies up, cooked a huge breakfast for them (they thought it was Denny's-but all I ate was yogurt ) took them to school. Got back home, had a little energy burst, but laid back down on the couch anyways, hubby called and woke me up and I think (??) I was very cranky (I cant remember and he turned his phone off-oops!!) then Iwoke up at 2:45 , just in the nick of time to pick the kids up!! He was home the last several days, (which is rare) and he left again on wednesday-so I really hadnt been able to sleep-used to him being there and then working out the last couple days without the proper rest-I guess my body just said, look lay down and rest dammit!! Now I'm off for another marathon-baseball for Jeremiah and running back for cheerleading practice for Justice-so I think I will start fresh tomorrow. Bed by 10:30 tonight (I will check in with you monifa) and let you know in the am what I do (I usually excercise first thing in theam after the kids go to school) and more importantly eat!!! Do you want me to put it in my sig line-or send you a PM?? Let me know, I will probably check back in tonight before bedtime, if not I will get witcha tomorrow!! Oh, the yogurt is theonly thing I ate today-TOM justlet me, so maybe my hormones are all jacked up-but I have been drinking tonsof water-and still at 198!! Sorry so long-dont want you to think I abandoned you Oh, I think I am gonna change my name back-CHENETE

    1)Tough Tape2(45min.),the firm
    2)3-days Abs of the 5-day Abs tape
    3)30min on treadmill
    4)84.5oz of water so far..
    For breakfast a slim fast shake,inbetween some watermelon&oranges.A handfull of reese's pieces(couldn't resist).As i'am typing a hot dog off the grill no bun.For dinner I cooked a roast w/all the fixings,will probably have a little bit,didn't really eat that great today.I did four loads of laudry got three ids at home all day(can't wait until school starts)I still will have my little one here tough.I refused to let them not et my workout today.Got on my bike to take the kids for a ride,only got to the mailbox da**m tire went flat on a sista.Back on the treadmill I guess.lol
