hey yall I am Stephanie I started taking phentermine last thursday so far i am loving the full effect. I am haveing very few side effects, the main one being neon green urine and a mood swing. Is anyone else haveing this?Tina thank you for all your emails to finally get me here I have enjoyed reading all the post i have seen so far and i love the way yall encourage each other. I NEVER GET THE NEON GREEN BUT MINE IS YELLOW AND CLOUDY I WAS TOLD IT WAS FROM MY BODY RELEASING FAT FROM MY BODY
MY VITAMINS ALSO DO THIS AND THE DOC SAID IF MY URINE IS YELLOW THEN I DONT NEED THE VITAMINS BECAUSE I'M ALREADY PRODUCING THE NUTRIENTS IN THE FOODS I EAT AND WITH DAILY EXCERCISE

Thank you fit . I go back to the doctor on friday i cant wait to see how i have done. I noticed i have ankles now lol. I am sure what i have lost so far is water. I will make sure i ask her when i go in to see her though aboout the neon green urine maybe a good thing . I am so glad i found this website. I want to add my now pic so we can all see how i do. I will be 41 march . I have been so big all my life i really want to get rid of this extra me im toteing around .

WOW thanks for the welcome yall . lol uhuh neon urine, I am taking a a multivitamin. I noticed the green urine the first day i took it though. genric cornflakes well lawdy i hadnt let my self have any cereal. I have cut out all my sugars ( which i needed to anyway being diebetic), all white stuff lots of veggies and very little meats. I go to the doctor Friday morning i cant wait to weight its so nice to ahve ankles.

Your urine should be clear with a yellow tinge to it. Keep up your water intake on the phen.
