    Has anyone had trouble with bruising???? I have brusis all over my legs. Every morning I wake up with new ones. Is this from the phen?? Do I need to call the doc.??

    I believe it is from the phen but I'm not sure of the exact reason. If you do a search here you will see many topics regarding phen users and bruising. I have Had some bruising but being very fair I have always bruised very easy and very ugly!

    I think phen has a tendency to thin your blood a bit, thus making it easier to bruise. This is why doctors tell you that you must be off phen for two weeks prior to any surgical procedure. I don't think you need to worry. It happens to me too.

    I wonder if vitamins, or just an iron supplement, might help? I guess I better start taking my vitamins b/c I just began phen a week ago and I tend to bruise easily as well.

    I would try taking an extra iron supplement also that might help. If your diet is reduced you may not be getting enough nutrients.
