I know it might be just water, but weight is weight right? Even getting rid of water weight makes your clothes fit better. Pretty soon I'll be out of these windpants/sweatpants and wearing my size 10 jeans again - comfortably! I just need to do some exercises for my big gut. I'm sure at first the weight comes off pretty fast, right? Like one person said, you have to work it while you can (while the phen is working good). I'd really like to hear from some of the shy people who don't post much. You can PM me if you want to. I'd also like to hear from everyone! I really like reading all the phen stories....

congrats on your weightloss thus far! stick with it and that 3 lbs will turn into 30! (if you need to loose 30lbs that is!)

have you changed the way you eat?

Well, truthfully I just haven't been hungry, so haven't been eating much at all. I try to eat something a few times a day, it's just a very small amount. That way I hope to keep my metabolism up. Wow, you really seem to fluctuate your weight!! That could be a good sign though - you probably can get down to 130 for sure then. My 'good weight' is around 140, but I'd like to be 130. If I could have one wish, I would wish I was 120. Have you changed the way you eat since starting phen?

Im not on phen right now... i am probably going to get started back up in the next few weeks... I would change the way i eat for a week and loose 4-5 lbs... then I would splurge on the weekend and gain it back... depressing...

Wow that is depressing. Hopefully I can avoid that! I was wondering how many people gain the weight right back when they go off the phen. Really though I would be happy to be 150 like you!!!!

Congrats on your loss so far! My advice, stay off the scale for at least a week at a time. I used to get so depressed when I would weigh and the number wasn't what I wanted to see. As you workout you will lose inches too and sometimes that makes a bigger difference than actual pound loss.

I have just started back on phen after a 2 month break. It is really helping me blast through my work outs. I have extra energy and it seems wasteful to just sit around and not utilize it. I am also staying within 1200-1500 calories a day and drinking water, water and more water. I don't know if I have lost any more because I haven't weighed in this weekend and I don't think I am going to. I like this feeling I have too much right now. I wish you the best of luck!

Thanks a lot for the advice. I know I should not weigh myself every day (as everyone keeps telling me) but it's so hard not to. And I know water is great - the colder, the better - the more calories it burns. I'm almost worried because I just don't feel like eating anything. Nothing sounds good! This should be a good thing, right? And I didn't know when I ordered phen that I'd get the added bonus of being much more alert too....

    Cool

    Hi All,

I was the worst when it came to losing weight, until I started on phen. I would start off good for about two days and then blow it off. I am under a doctor's care for phen and have been on it for 5 1/2 weeks and I have lost 40 pounds so far, I have not done any exercise yet, but I am going out today to purchase a treadmill that I have wanted and will begin using it on a daily basis, I know how important it is to exercise. I have 64 more pounds until goal, I hope to be there before the summer. Good luck to all of you!!!!

Also, I would also suggest not weighing yourself everyday, I try to do it once a week or if I am dying to know maybe every five days, this way it feels like a bigger accomplishment when I see the results.

    Keep on goin....
