    I've been very pleased so far with Phen. Would like to here from some other newbies on how it's going for you. I have lost 6 lbs. so far. I'm tempted to weigh myself everyday in the morning, but have decided to wait a few days between weigh ins. I can't believe how my appetite is curbed on Phen. It has made me drink more water than I ever have in my life!

    Welcome, good luck, and consider 5-6 small meals a day. When then suppresion starts to be less effective this may help curb appetite. [my standard recommendation sorry those that have heard it a hundred times]

    Thanks for the welcome and advice. I'm working out on my lunch hour, doing weights. Tonight I walked with the husband and dog. I really want to lose a total of ten pounds by Wednesday...only three days away. Is it unreasonable to set the goal to lose 5 lbs a week? Is it true the close you get to your goal the slower it will come off? I want to lose a total of 40 by April/May, is my hope.

    Hello and Welcome! We are from the same part of the woods. I try to only weigh once a week. It's too much pressure when I do it every day. Drink lots of water with your phen too. It sounds like you are doing a great job so far. Congrats on the 6 lbs and good luck!
