That's excellent everyone. So far nobody GAINED any back this week. Now where are the rest of you?? We didn't say you could post ONLY if you lost, you have to post even if you gained. That way you're held accountable!

I take 37.5mg, prescribed by my doctor and I weigh in every 2 weeks. I also weigh myself almost everyday at home, I probably shouldn't do it but I do.

ok, girls...here goes nuthin'. i didn't really want to post this week, especially after seeing that everyone else lost this week. i guess i'm a little discouraged cuz i didn't lose any. i didn't gain anything, so i guess that's good. congrats to everyone who lost!! way to go!!!
