I was so shocked at the amount of weight they lost in 1 week. I have been waiting for the site to post Jillian's program, OMG![]()
She worked them 3hrs-4hrs a day!!!
Monday example: AM 1 hr cardio (in fat burning zone)
NOON 1 hr resistance training
NOON followed by 45min cardio
NIGHT 1hr of kick boxing
That is all in one day...omg!!!
