I was so shocked at the amount of weight they lost in 1 week. I have been waiting for the site to post Jillian's program, OMG
She worked them 3hrs-4hrs a day!!! Monday example: AM 1 hr cardio (in fat burning zone) NOON 1 hr resistance training NOON followed by 45min cardio NIGHT 1hr of kick boxing That is all in one day...omg!!! [ October 22, 2004, 05:02 AM: Message edited by: SweetPotato ]

I didn't watch the show but the thing that worries me about all that exercise is how can you live a normal life and do all that??
There is no way you could work and exercise like that. I didn't know they had a web site I will have to check it out. Have a good day!

I agree with you tia, there is just no way you can live a normal life and work out like that.

Hey SweetPotato, girl, that is a complete workout. I do believe if I did all of that, I would be in a size 6!!.
Before I was remarried, I did exercise for at least 2 hours each day. How is your diet journey going SweetPotato? Missus BE BLESSED

Have you guys seen that trainer on extreme makeover? I can't remember his name, I need him over at my house for a few weeks to work my tooshie like that! He is awesome!!

The most lost 20lbs the first week...the average loss was 12-13lbs the first week...the least was 3lbs by one girl....
I'm doing ok missus thanks for asking. My plan is good 1300-1500 cals a day.. 30min on my new treadmill in the AM 30min on treadmill in the PM yup hubby bought me a treadmill for the house, im loving it!!!

Yeah that was crazy. They're gonna have to follow that show up with the biggest gainer. When you lose fast, you gain fast too. And besides, I don't think any of them will be able to pay a trainer for 4 hours a day when they go home.
