    hey everyone..... well its almost tme for the race for he cure, this is motivation to go to the gym, which usually isn a problem....is anyone else participating in any races/walks for charity??? also just bought the cardio striptease videos and found them to be pretty fun!!!

    I just registered for the one in Baltimore in October. My Mom was just diagnosed with breast cancer a week ago yesterday - good luck to ya!

    Hey Shortie, me and my daughter are doing one here in the Twin Cities on Mothers Day. We felt this was something we could do in honor of all of the cancer survivors/patients out there.

    I do door-to-door campaign collections for the American CAncer Society too.

    thats great to hear you are also doing the race, i am training myself for the benefit but not as harsh as before im following a plan i constructed
    of a lot of cardio and some free weights!!!

    Britt, my first race was Race for the Cure and I kept doing them every year. Such a wonderful feeling compared to other races. I was running competitively, but the spirit was definitely anything but. Lots of respect, mutual admiration, and love.

    this year is my first race!!!im really excited i love competing in sports and athletics....i will have to get back to everyone on how i do later as with all of you.......good luck!
